"Working out with Jasen was both fun and demanding. His relaxed manner kept me at ease during every workout. He was also really good about helping me find the right equipment (dumbbells versus barbells etc.), so that I felt comfortable using the equipment, without compromising on the results. He pays a lot of attention to proper form while doing strength training. He also worked with me on nutrition, and charted my progress along the way, with every workout. "Again, I wanted to say a big THANK YOU for teaching our class at Riata. I definintely learned a lot about Spin, particularly in my seat and handle bar positions, posture, and saw a definite improvement in my stamina. I really liked during certain classes where we did the long rides. I appreciated it because you went above and beyond the normal 45 minute ride to show us that we can do these long rides as equivalent to what professional riders endure. You made the class fun by mixing up the routines, and always brought a positive attitude which motivated me to keep coming back, and gave me a lot of good mental focus I never knew I had. "Nia at ATX Fitness Underground is an amazing resource for purchasing electronic work-out programs.  The time and care she puts into her programs really make you feel like you still have your personal trainer right by your side.  The formatting makes for easy printing and toting to the gym or track.  The programs are in a professional, easy to follow layout, and I often get asked where they can be downloaded.  Nia takes into account my available equipment, skill level and goals, and creates a session that challenges me but can still be done on my own.  She includes tips and pointers that sometimes feel like she is right there next to me, making sure my form is good and I’m pushing myself.  The variety is amazing and it never feels like a program gets old.  I thought after I moved and went back to a tradition gym, I would not be able to utilize the skills and programs I learned from Nia, but she knows how to transform a traditional gym or track into a regular boot camp and make it fun!  I’m still maintaining my results from her work-outs and pushing myself further each time I go through a program.  I can’t fail to mention the reasonable prices.  Considering the program content and my results, I haven't needed to pay extra for additional services at my gym.  In fact, if I don't want to go to the gym, the variety of programs allow me to complete them at a park or in my living room." - Melissa L., Minneapolis, MN
