About Your Trainers
Nia & Jay are the dynamic pair of trainers who make up NDTX Underground Fitness. We are both seasoned athletes and coaches and have over 30 years of combined fitness experience and instruction. We currently train clients out of our home-based garage gym in Plano, TX. However, we are happy to train at a public outdoor location (such as a public park or high school track) or come to your home or place of business. We serve clients in all areas of north Dallas, including Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Lewisville, The Colony, and Allen. We relocated from Austin, TX (where we were known as ATX Underground Fitness) to Plano, TX in 2010. Jay & Nia are both CPR certified.
We are experts in bringing out the inner athlete in every person, and we promote all aspects of fitness and wellness. We provide a fun, dynamic training environment for people of all fitness levels. We specialize in sports conditioning, weight loss, aerobic conditioning, and strength training.
