Class Schedule

We will use this page to communicate our current class schedule with you.  We will continue adding classes and time slots as demand for certain classes or formats dictates.  We are looking forward to working with you!

Class Descriptions
Monthly Kettlebell Orientation: We are offering our 2-hour kettlebell seminar on the 2nd Saturday of each month during the summer (May-Sept) from 9AM-11AM. Advance registration is required for this class, so please make sure to reserve your spot! The orientation is limited to a maximum of 6 participants. Depending on the size of the group, we will meet either at our garage gym or at Plano West High School.

6-Week Small Group Circuit Training: These are time slots that have been reserved for our 6-week small group training programs. Each 6-week small group meets twice per week for 6 weeks, for 12 circuit training sessions per program.  Acceptance into a particular time slot is on a rolling basis, as space becomes available.  Depending upon experience level, classes can range from 2-4 people.  We are happy to add new time slots if the demand exists.  We offer 3 different packages for 6-week programs: Basic Program (12 circuit training sessions); Enhanced Cardio Program (12 circuit training sessions + 6 cardio conditioning sessions); and our Elite Training Program (12 circuit training sessions + 12 cardio conditioning sessions).  Please refer to our pricing page for additional information.

NEW! Cardio Conditioning Class: We have just added a cardio-focused class that integrates indoor cycling and kettlebells. Other tools may be used during the class, such as ropes, bodyweight drills, etc. The primary focus of this class is pure cardiovascular conditioning! We currently offer a 60-minute class and a shorter 45-minute class.  We are able to accommodate up to 4 people for this class format at any given time. Please note that advance registration is required for these classes.  Classes may be purchased in increments of 4 sessions, and must be redeemed within 6 weeks of purchase. COMING SOON! Young Athlete Football Summer Program: We are accepting applications for young football athletes to join our summer strength and conditioning program. We accept young athletes who are in the 8th grade through high school or entering college. Please contact us for more information and rates.
