Coach, WE DID IT!!! I crossed the finish line at the inaugural Trek Women's Triathlon! Surprisingly, my race time was faster than my previous practice times! Thanks for those dynamic, killer workouts that paid off on my BIG day (of course, at the time they occurred, I couldn’t give you thanks for those tough sessions…haha!!)
Due to a previous injury, I wasn’t sure if I would have been able to participate in the tri’. We trained smart and it happened. I truly appreciated your unwavering support, motivation, and encouragement.
THANK YOU for helping me get to the start line! Getting to the finish line was the easy part ;-) Next year, maybe I'll be able to complete all three race segments myself?!?! In the interim, I look forward to working out with you in preparation of the next BIG event! Make it a great one!! ~Sonia
