At Austin Underground Fitness (a.k.a. ATX Underground Fitness) , our primary focus is on achieving optimal fitness results through non-conventional training methods. We love to incorporate unconventional training methods, including kettlebells, sandbags, medicine balls, and body weight exercises, into our strength & conditioning programs. We take pride in constantly researching new, innovative ways to produce safe, effective conditioning results for our clients. We also enjoy paying hommage to the strongmen of the past, by researching and implementing Eastern European & Russian training methods into our programs; we generally avoid relying exclusively on conventional Western strength training methods. However, we understand that every training program serves a purpose, so we try to be well versed and design programs with our clients needs at the forefront. Our trainers are experts in strength and conditioning, group exercise instruction, personal training, and general fitness & wellness.

We would like to utilize our skills, experience, and expertise to contribute in making Austin one of the fittest cities in the nation. We enjoy working outdoors as much as possible, but please note that we have turned our garage into a small training studio to allow for training during colder months and inclimate weather. Please rest assured that we are experts in bringing out the inner athlete in every person, and we promote all aspects of fitness and wellness. We look forward to working with you in either capacity!
