Good luck, Melissa!!!
One of our strength & conditioning clients, Melissa, will be participating in a Half Marathon this upcoming Sunday. She is an AWESOME athlete, and is getting great results from the program. We wish her well in her endeavours this weekend. We know that she'll rock it out!!! WAY TO GO, MEL!!!
